My complaint:

For 8 days our package departs and arrives back at the smart facility in Indianapolis. Fedex claims they are sending it to the nearest usps facility to deliver. Usps received preshipment info 8 days ago and still haven’t received from fedex.

Suggested solution:

Find the package and deliver it...period.
