My complaint:

I own a business and depend on vendors for shipping items to me to complete my customers orders. The last four shipments that have been shipped by my vendors to me via Fed Ex have been late ranging from 4 to 9 days. When you call Fed Ex their customer service rep’s lie about why there is a delay. They mark the packages as On the vehicle for delivery but never show up. Customer service always have the same answers, we’re busy, wrong address on package but when I get the package it contains the correct address etc. Worst shipping company in the world. I need my packages to complete my orders and I am losing customers.

Suggested solution:

First of all, stop lying and making up excuses on why the packages are not being delivered. Next find out why the Fed Ex location in Bloomington Ca. is having this issue. They need better management at that location and they need to be able to contact the customer with resolutions that are feasible to resolve the issue. I am not the only one in my area that is experiencing this issue. It has to be due to the Bloomington location. Example .. my sister in law was expecting an inverter and according to Fed Ex it was on their vehicle 5 times for delivery and she never received it. She had to make arraignments with Fed Ex to pick it up in Bloomington and when she went there to pick the package up it took them one hour and thirty minutes to find it. They have a definite problem with their Bloomington location.
