My complaint:
The Fed Ex driver left the package (A VERY HEAVY AND FRAGILE BOX) Half Way Up the Driveway and not near the door. I have a ramp to the door; there is no reason to be that sloppy. Bad service, very bad form!
Suggested solution:
Let me know that the driver has been disciplined. I do not accept driveway deliveries! ALL DELIVERIES BELONG AT T HE DOOR. I have a wheelchair ramp and it is BAD service to leave it (and it is expensive!!!0 half way up the driveway!
