My complaint:
Sent a overnight letter with a large cashier check that need to go urgently paid for it .it never arrived and they have lost it. They have not been helpful or concerned Spoke to several people and a manager no help no return calls or updates. On the receipt it said 10 lb package it was not put in wrong..
Suggested solution:
Find it immediately and update me .Now looks like i have to get legal involved.
