My complaint:
We live in a gated community very nice neighborhood all houses have a 4ft vinyl picket in the front surrounding the house with 2 gates leading to the front door and the side porch. Every time Fed Ex drops of a package they just throw it over the fence into the grass area instead of dropping off on either porch. We have had packages get rained on many times because the driver is to lazy to open gate walk 15ft and put package on the porch. I have even witnessed the driver doing a slow drive by and tossing package out over the fence without even stopping. This is so very unprofessional and FedEx should be ashamed of the way there drivers drop off packages.
Suggested solution:
Make sure there drivers are aware of how to properly deliver a package and tossing over the fence is NOT the correct way. Tracking on last package tossed over fence 1908400015776929, this way you can tell exactly what driver delivers this way. My last package was a $125 pair of shorts and shirt so if we are out of town and the weather is bad then guess what? Package gets wet. Train your drivers
