My complaint:
Left package on step of porch not under the roof in the rain. This is done repeatedly, and I have complained numerous times and they don’t respond or correct the problem. What is the problem with the driver not placing the package further in out of the rain? This is recorded on my Ring security system.
How come UPS makes sure that packages they deliver are placed where they don’t get rained an and FedEx does not.
Suggested solution:
Train their drivers to place packages on section of the porch where it is not in the rain. All they need to do is push it in a couple of feet.
