My complaint:
Fedex delivered an Package containing EBAY items to the wrong address. They admitted that they delivered to the wrong address. I had it set up for the customer to sign. The signature they received A.A.A. I have dealt with Fedex enough to know if you cannot get a correct signature you do not leave the package.By the way the customer that was waiting for the package did not have the initials A.A.A.
The total of the contents was $333.70 and they only refunded $120.08 they claim their liability is $100. I could see if it was lost or broken but this was totally their fault.I can provide the claim information if needed
