My complaint:
Received notice from Fedex that package would deliver Sunday 65 before end of day. No delivery. Monday am received notice from Fedex that package would deliver 66 before end of day. No delivery. At 540pm Fedex help icon indicated that package had been delivered to local postal service for their delivery. Strange thing, Fedex TruckDriver just delivered my package. Tracking system is worthless with this in mind. Needs improvement for sure
Suggested solution:
Get employees involved. Package showed loaded on delivery truck at Florence, SC starting Sunday a.m., again on Monday. Someone should have known there was an issue, I just don't believe that someone didn't know there was a problem. For sure management should have known that service on at least 1 package was behind and attempted to correct the issue, even if was only a computer issue.
