My complaint:
I shipped iPhone to my son, tracking number 777036984580. It was in Quincy, Illinois on Monday 6622 and delivery should be next day. But next morning we found out it went to Champagne, Illinois and didn’t update for 30 hours. We opened an investigation. Then they called my son that they have the package and it would be delivered Tuesday night or Wednesday morning and in 30 min they updated that it couldn’t be delivered. My son called FedEx and they said it couldn’t be delivered because the package is empty. Well, FedEx employee stole iPhone. How is it possible… You hire some morons who can open the package and steel. It’s $1100 item. I opened a dispute
