My complaint:
The package was received the night of November 30, 2023 and was set to be delivered on Friday December 1, 2023. then again on December 2. I stayed home both days all day and the package did not come. The Federal Express located in Ooltewah, TN don’t seem to care about fast delivery.
Suggested solution:
In the last month this is the second time this Tennessee office has done this; they need to hire either more drivers or change management.
