My complaint:
On December 29, 2023 a FedEx driver stated my packages were delivered at 0941. My packages were not delivered to my place of residence. I spoke with a Customer Service representative at FedEx and described my issue with the deliveries and to no avail I was NOT assisted with the whereabouts of my packages. This has been an ongoing issue with FEDEX and there is no resolution to this huge problem.
Suggested solution:
Fix the issue as to the continuous problem.
