My complaint:
Fedex delivery driver threw the package in the middle of the driveway. Driver did not attempt to deliver package to the porch nor garage door. Rain is in the forecast. Poor customer service!!
Suggested solution:
Delivery driver should return and deliver package where it belongs. I wonder how many more customers has experienced this poor customer service.
