My complaint:
I have a package that was to be shipped fron an originating location in Ohio, to Oklahoma.
It has been delayed multiple times. Each time, a delivery date is updated, then missed and rescheduled.
Original delivery showed 5/12/23, but was still in Missouri. Then adjusted to 5/13/23. Package showed to be in Oklahoma, at a location less than 50 miles from my home. It sat there, undelivered until 5/14/23. From there it was sent to a location in Kansas, near Kansas City, where it still shows to be, even though it shows to be delivered by the end of the day today, 5/15/23.
The constant rescheduling, missed deliveries per their updates, and movement to places it shouldn’t even be is beyond ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Get my package delivered asap. No more screw ups or delays.
