FedEx complaint: Lying about deliveries

My complaint:

1. I was told to wait for a delivery that needed license and signature that was out and a 4 hour window. I waited 8 and found out they weren’t even working that day. Then who sends the messages?
2. Two days later I have another delivery coming in which an update was sent that it was out for delivery early that morning. Did not need a signature, just a drop off. The driver claims no one was here? I was here all day! I have a dog and security cameras and NO ONE SHOWED! So this is a straight out LIE! Even so if it was a standard delivery why should I need to be here?? It also kept myself and 2 others from leaving for the weekend as planned as I needed the delivery to go. So basically FedEx sucks but worse is they intentionally lie and mislead. I’m done ordering anything that uses them and I will express that loudly!

Suggested solution:

Let them tell me! I’m told shipping costs will not be refunded so now what? It’s UPS, Amazon, or USPS only from now on
