FedEx complaint: Driver is driving too fast up and down our driveway.

My complaint:

FedEx driver in a white rented uhaul van 1999 flies up and down our driveway when he is delivering packages to our place. The 1st time was last Wed. August 3rd 2022 between 4:oo pm – 4:30 pm. He was told not to speed on that driveway. We have signs posted. The 2nd time was August 2nd 2022 around lunch time. He flew up the drive way flew back down made a turn around in our yard and flew back up the drive way.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve this by letting the drive know not to speed on our drive way for we have dogs, children and farm equipment that also uses that drive way. I hope this will be taken care of as soon as possible.

1 year ago - Today Sunday at 12:43 the same driver flew up our driveway the package was found under a truck. He was flying again and this time when he was asked to stop he flipped my husband off. Driver is in a white rented haul van. I hope this matter gets taken care of. This is the third time we have complained The tracking number is 5383 7631 2439
