FedEx complaint: Wrong Delivery Address

My complaint:

I purchased from a new business to me. Upon looking at my notifications on my yahoo account. I discovered that FedEx was delivering my items sent in 2 separate shipments to an old address that I lived at 4 years ago. I checked my paypal account and no signs of the old address on it, nor the credit card attached to my paypal that was used for the purchase. I sent an email to the sender and they verified that it was sent to my correct address, so there is a glitch in FedEx’s system that sent it to the old address (btw, i had lived somewhere else in between so it was not even the address before my current one that I have lived at for 3 years now). Customer service when I was finally able to talk to a person kept telling me they needed the senders account information to look into the problem. He just didn’t get that the sender had nothing to do with this problem. I now do not know if I will ever receive my packages as the sender sent them to the correct address. FedEx has also worked very hard to not be able to reach a live person so that is why I am on here.
