My complaint:
I had a package delivered to a Walgreen’s store. The Store kept it for 5 days and sent it back to the shipper. No one from FedEx or Walgreen’s notified me that the package was there. Walgreen’s says it is FedEx’s responsibility to notify me and FedEx says it is Walgreen’s responsibility to call me. Now the package is back at the shippers and I am being charged for the shipping charges on my card.
Suggested solution:
I think if Walgreen's is going to accept packages for FedEx, then their employees should call when a package arrives. I don't think I should be charged for shipping when I didn't get the package through no fault of my own.
