My complaint:
I have called customer services numerous times regarding this very IGNORANT and INCONSIDERATE FedEX driver that consistently leaves my Chewy packages on the front porch steps instead of walking several more inches and putting it on my front porch. I am disabled and cannot walk steps and unable to lift the package from the step to bring it to the front porch.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND REPRIMAND (OR PREFERABLY FIRE) THIS DRIVER, OR I WILL FILE A SUIT AGAINST FEDEX!!
Suggested solution:
HAVE THIS OBNOXIOUS DRIVER PUT MY PACKAGE ON THE FRONT PORCH, NOT ON THE STEPS!!!!!!
