My complaint:
Placed a Walmart.com order with next day delivery. Received notification from Walmart and FedEx that my package would be delivered the following day on January 23,2020. On the 23rd a FedEx truck parked in stopped in front of my house for a couple minutes and drove away. Shortly after I received an email stating that my package was delivered on the porch. I went outside and it wasn’t there. I immediately called Fedex was told there was a misscan and that it would be delivered the next day. As of today, January 27th, package still not received but once again, after another phone call and being told the package is lost in the system but it will be delivered tomorrow. Personally, I don’t believe it will be delivered tomorrow
Suggested solution:
I would like my package delivered as promised.
