My complaint:
Driver who delivers on Sunday ALWAYS delivers all packages to the door of the office of the mobile home court, which is closed on Sundays instead of delivering to individual mobile home recipients.. This is an open, unsecured area, subject to weather and thievery.
Suggested solution:
Insist that this driver deliver directly to recipients.
