My complaint:
I was supposed to recieve a package last week, on Tuesday. It’s been about 10 days, now. The driver did not leave the package and drove past my house, twice.
Suggested solution:
I wish they would call the Buffalo, NY, Distribution center and see what's going on. I tried customer service, but they were of little help.
