My complaint:

At 8:45 a.m. a FedEx delivery truck pulled up and I could hear the loud music coming from the truck way back inside the house with all doors and windows closed. We have guests staying in our bedroom closest to the street and they were woke up and their dog began barking. I walked out to meet the driver and as soon as I made eye contact with the driver he turned down his radio. Playing music in a quiet neighborhood so loud that FedEx customers can hear the music booming inside a closed home is not okay. I understand these drivers like music but it should not impact the rights and tranquility of others, especially customers it is supposedly serving.

Suggested solution:

Loop back and explain what rulesguidance is being given to FedEx drivers in the future.

I’ve witnessed the same issue! More than a couple FedEx drivers do this and the vehicles can be heard blocks away. This is wrong on so many levels; first of all for safety for them and other drivers being able to hear what’s going on around them and for disturbing the peace in the neighborhoods. I have one or more in ring videos.

Have experienced same problem. FedEx driver making deliveries in our neighborhood with loud music can be heard blocks away and even at that distance rattles my windows. Rude is an understatement and totally unprofessional and inexcusable. FedEx and their drivers need to respect the fact that their drivers violate several state and city noise laws with the music turned up that LOUD along with the rights that citizens have to not have their peace disturbed in this manner. FedEx has no excuse and needs to get a handle on this problem. and not have any neighborhood disturbed by the drivers,… Read more »
