Complaint to FedEx Head Office

Dear Sir,

I am teaching and guided research for more than forty years in Plant Science at a Central Government University of India.

A reputed company of the USA, namely, BRANDT Consolidated, Inc. and iHammer LLC had sent me a package of 4 Kg of an eco-friendly and totally safe chemical as a gift to extend my research. It is expected that the material will be helpful in increasing the production of herbal medicines used for the poor.

The package arrived in India at the “The Deputy Commissioner of Custom, Courier Cell Office (kycfedex@cogenteservices.in)” about two weeks ago. Since then, the office is emailing me daily that I have to send online the KYC identity cards and an authority letter from my side to get released the package from Indian Customs.

Sir, I have tried my best to attach the said document to their prescribed link (https:kyc.fedex.com). I did not leave any stone unturned to upload the document. But they have done some tricks so that I can’t upload the documents. Then I emailed them to please send me their postal address so that I can post the documents through courier but they did not agree for the same. I don’t know what they want from all this? I don’t know in which direction they want to take the lovely FedEx system wasting my precious time. I know FedEx’s honesty and ness when since 1988 when I was studying in the USA. Further, daily they are also warning that if you don’t get release your package from their office they will charge Rs 5000- without any excuse. May Almighty show them the right path.

I humbly request you to please instruct this office to be helpful to the people and remain honest and not be greedy. The package they have retained is an “Amaanat of mine which they should release quickly”.
