My complaint:
I have been working at Peak Resources of Charlotte since February 28, 2022. Ever since I have been working there, there has been only 3 times that the Fedex substitute drivers has brought our residents’ packages in. Other than that the regular driver always pulls up to our facility, throws the boxes out and leaves. Twice he reluctantly brought them in because I insisted they were to heavy for me to bring them in without help. He drives off in our parking lot more than the speed limit for such a small parking lot. Several times he has been asked to bring them in but he refused. Our boxes are damaged or whatever secures them in place ends up on the sidewalk. He said he does not have to bring the boxes in or No, he will not bring them in. It’s only myself whom is the receptionist. If I don’t have anyone hold the door open, I struggle to get the boxes inside from rain. Some residents’ medicine is in plastic bags and if I don’t hear him pull up and throw them out onto the sidewalk, their medicine sits in the hot sun. I know these drivers are on a schedule but some courtesy and consideration would be greatly appreciated.
Suggested solution:
Ask the driver to bring the items into the building and place them in the corner. We don't want anyone falling over the boxes.
