FedEx complaint: Driver lies and won’t deliver

My complaint:

For 2 Saturdays, the driver has lied and not delivered my perishable packages. Last Saturday, she said she couldn’t deliver due to the weather (it was a little cloudy that afternoon). Today, she said that she attempted delivery and I wasn’t home. I was home and I don’t have to sign for it anyway. By the time they deliver, my perishables are ruined. I have video proof that she didn’t attempt to deliver either time. She needs to be fired if she can’t do her job.

Suggested solution:

Deliver my packages when they are scheduled to be delivered. Move that driver off this route or fire her.
