My complaint:
Multiple times drivers have not gotten out of their trucks to deliver my packages or just put the slip on my door with no info saying they “tried”. Calling does nothing since they just try to put a message for the driver to knock but are unable to see who it is or do anything.
Suggested solution:
Possibly fire this driver and hire workers that actually do not want to waste customers time and money or FedEx time and money.
