FedEx complaint: Wrongly charged

My complaint:

I bought shipping label for 33$ and FedEx charged me 185.11$
Spoke with manager and 3 different representatives during 3 weeks and was promised refund and then at last was told it can’t be sorted

Suggested solution:

I want a refund
