My complaint:
We have been waiting on a package for DOT which is very important since 07142022. Today is 07212022 and we are going to pick up the package. The driver has not made any attempt whatsoever and keeps saying that he has. Yesterday, the driver claimed that he attempted to deliver the package and we refused it because it was damaged. First of all, we would never refuse it because it can’t be damaged, and he never came. We have security at the facility and it’s a small facility. The driver is NOT TELLING THE TRUTH and personally and doesn’t deserve to be working for FED EX! We called every day and everyday FedEx claimed that it was being delivered. This would be the drivers last stop and yes, it’s out the way BUT, ITS HIS JOB TO MAKE SURE WE RECIVE OUR PACKAGE! The Fed Ex Office I’m speaking about is COVINGTON Louisiana 450 Northpoente Ct.
