My complaint:
FED X DRIVER COMPLAINT

• Date, time, and location of incident
o Both incidents were in the Lookout Farm neighborhood, Crestview Hills, KY
and specifically on War Horse and Copper Coin respectfully.
o October 15, 2024, was the first encounter, and when photos were taken on
(War Horse) at approximately 4:00 p.m.
o Friday, November 22, 2024, the second encounter confronting his driving without
photos at approximately 7:30 p.m. (Copper Coin)
â–ª Confronted the driver both times and asked him to slow down. He was
smug as we had a face-to-face confrontation, and he denied any
wrongdoing.

• Summary of what occurred
Driver far exceeded the residential area on speed of 25 miles per hour and
especially in secondary streets off shooting the main city street of Shinkle.
The driver was in an extreme hurry both times, driving erratically, in a
hurry, careless, and unsafe.
• Video evidence is available as provided above.
Suggested solution:
The driver needs to be addressed for his unsafe driving. I would prefer that he take a remedial driving test and understand speed laws and reckless driving behaviors.
