My complaint:
We had pick up by Fedx on a Wed, that was supposed to be delivered, same city on Friday afternoon. At the time of this writing it had still not been delivered, and calling the specific Fedx facility resulted in NO answers as to why or when it would be delivered. It has now been 4 days PAST when the document was to be delivered.
Suggested solution:
Immediatley deliver the piece of mail. Its not brain surgery.
