My complaint:

This complaint is aimed directly at the FedEx driver that was delivering goods on the date below in my area. Event: I’ve purchased an Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Gen) device from Home Depot for $267.49 but it was NOT delivered. I contacted Home Depot and they told me they did ship the purchase in a regular card board box. On July 8th at 12:52pm in my door Ring camera, the FedEx driver is seen delivering a box, which it turned out to be empty. I called FedEx and filed a Complaint 0708626307 but there was not a resolution. I’ve also filed a claim, case 0717613901, ReferenceClaimant WD76432843m which it was denied as well. I’ve called FedEx again around five times but they do not know what to answer, and sometimes the call is hung.

Suggested solution:

Complaint should be resolved by refund me $267.49 as that what I paid and never received for the item.
