My complaint:
Fedex lost 3 packages for me within 6 months , first one with tracking number : 773277130268 this package was lost and the value of it was $7600 fedex only paid me $1000 cause they said this is the max they pay for jewelry shipment , second package with tracking number : 774215285817 this package was opened and the content of it was emptied out and I still haven’t received anything , third package with tracking number : 774627132995 nobody at fedex seem to know what’s going on with it and the trace representative was very rude and hung up the line on me , I lost nearly 10 grand cause of this Company I need them to refund me my money back cause this is not acceptable no shipping carrier should loose 1 package let alone 3 packages with 6 months !!!
Suggested solution:
I need them to Compensate me for the Loses they caused me , I have invoice showing item values and everything if they need it .
