I watched out my front window as the lazy driver threw the packages down on the end of my front walk, just inside the public walkway, 30 feet from my porch, and drove off. See the attached photo. I’m 75, have a badly damaged left rotator cuff, and two severely arthritic knees, and I deeply resent having to carry the packages the 30 feet to my front porch!!!!..
If this is the typical quality of your service, I’m not going to do business with any merchant who uses FedEx
Suggested solution:
1) An apology (2) A reprimand and corrective training for the driver
