My complaint:
Tracking 781721578192 I have never recieved my packages. However, driver is trying to say he attempted to deliver. 3 times. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. He made no effort to get into my building for because I was home ALL 3 DAYS. My wedding dress and shoes are in this package. I called fedex for 3 days to complain! My phone is listed and they didnt call. I also left specific instructions in the notes. Now since the driver is incompetent they are telling me they are returning to sender. This is inexcusable!! Please advise
