My complaint:
Had a package of silica packs delivered via fed ex,which was put in a pick up truck that was sitting in our driveway. I was not notified that it was delivered so it sat in the back of the truck for two days in the rain until I just happened to see the package when loading lumber. 1 I should have been told it was delivered as I was home all day,2 The delivery guy had no idea if the pick up truck was mine or someone else’s but just stuck it in the bed of the truck.
From now on I’d appreciate it if FedEx would put any delivery by the door so I would see it.
