My complaint:
So I’ve sent out a parcel through post office with evri on 11/12/2025, according to the post office it was a quickest(5 days) and cheapest way(£33) to send it to Lithuania. The parcel was then sent to NL post, then from there an update on 19/12/2025 that parcel cannot be delivered to Lithuania and is being returned to sender WTF! It’s 24/12/2025 no parcel anywhere, no update on tracking either. As always can’t speak to a human these days either.
Suggested solution:
They should deliver the parcel to the destination it was sent to.
