My complaint:
The parcel I’ve sent arrived damaged beyond repair upon delivery. I’ve opened a respective claim via Evri’s Damage Claim Form on 11th of Nov’25. I then received a ation email with the claim ref no, advising me it’ll take 28 working days to investigate. As it’s been way over that with no further update / contact from Evri, I contacted Evri again on 2nd of Jan’26 seeking answers. Rather than getting any meaningful response, their bot created a fresh case for lost property. I tried to explain the situation, each time providing the claim ref no and CCing customersolutions@evri.com, but to no avail – someone named Sophie had been answering, ignoring my input and going about the lost property claim form. On 4th of Jan’26 I once again responded with explanations and since then there were no further correspondence nor any other contact attempts from Evri.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to get the compensation / cover money I paid for as an extra a full refund for the botched delivery service.
