My complaint:

My parcel is now delayed by more than 2 weeks. Spoke with a customer service lady Claire who was helpful in the beginning and now she is ignoring all my emails. No update still, no idea where my parcel is.

Suggested solution:

Refund me or get my parcel delivered.
