My complaint:
Evri allegedly attempted to deliver a parcel on 30th December. They haven’t attempted again since, the contact service now states that the parcel has been damaged but there’s no evidence of this and no reference as to where my now damaged parcel is- I’d still like it even if damaged! I suspect it’s been stolen.
