My complaint:
Never ever deliver! Over Christmas, numerous packages (15 or so) never delivered. Tracking page useless with no updates, then returned to sender as say could not deliver! No one else has a problem – amazon, yodel, Royal Mail all deliver on time. I don’t understand how they can still be in business.
I have had to seek refunds on all the parcels which has caused stress and disappointment at christmas. I dread it when a supplier s delivery by EVRI as I know it will never be delivered What can I do?
