My complaint:
i tried to send a gift parcel to america total value £20… i then had an email that the parcel was due duty tax.. 5 emails later saying same thing i could still not get in contact with anyone to try sort this problem out as parcel was not due any duty tax.. also receiver of parcel was not notified by email to try pay the due fees (tax) they just returned my parcel 5 days later… i have been trying to contact to sort out a refund for costs but all i get is the sender still has the parcel when i put in code… well of course i have the parcel they returned it……the contact number is useless no human contact at all from this company absolutly useless….

full refund please... how would i rate EVRI below... you do not have zero stars as an option....
