Evri complaint: Missing delerys

My complaint:

Drivers have not delivered 3 parcels to my address at g78 1eg ,9c john st 2wks late

Suggested solution:

Deliver the goods to the post office before 22nd October as im away on 23rd October to a family funeral not bck till 28th October
