My complaint:
I needed to make a return to Amozon, and the only return option was for collection by Evri on the next business day. That was on Saturday 4th October and the parcel is still sitting on our doorstep waiting to be collected (so they cannot pretend they called and we were out) with an A4 sheet of paper attached saying to be collected by Evri.
On Wednesday 8th October I raised an incident enquiry with Evri and got an email acknowledgement, but the parcel still hasn’t been collected and nobody has come back to me.
On Tuesday 14th I raised it again with their Chatbot (transpcript saved) bur again nobody came back to me. I also tried to speak to someone by phone, but their automated chat gives no option to speak to anyone, and nobody came back to me from that either.
On Thursday 16th I tried again with the Chatbot, which acknowledges that an enquiry is open and insists that they normally respond within 24 hours (I wish!!!!)
Eevri seem determined to neither fulfill their obligations nor to communicate in any way with their victims. Can anybody help?
