My complaint:
I have been awaiting a parcel from Temu, which was supposed to be delivered on Friday last week.
In the time it took me to pop to the toilet quickly, I missed my driver and instead of it saying we missed you, I got an email saying that the driver was struggling to find the location, despite sending a photograph of my shop entrance.
I used the chat and the phone contacts to give clear instruction that I was very much there and I needed my parcel.
I then contacted Evri each day from Saturday until today (Thursday) by phone and by chat, to ask for details of what was going on, as I still didn’t have my parcel and it wasn’t even out for delivery again after Friday.
I even opened a compliant about the matter as I have been waiting for 6 days for my parcel and have had no contact at all.
Every time I have contacted them, I get the message that someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
Today, I have logged in to see if there is any change and the site says that the parcel is being returned to sender.
Temu site says Contact the courier as soon as possible to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick it up yourself
How can you do that when you have been contacting the courier for the last 6 days and had no contact back, nor can I reschedule as they don’t give me that option.
I have never had any issues with Evri at all in the years that I have been using them as a courier.
Our driver Gary, who is a legend and is always really nice has never had a bad word said about him online or on socials, he is a great driver and everyone always speaks highly of him.
I am at a loss.
This parcel is a very important parcel as it has a load of items in it for an event that I am hosting soon and I really needed it last weekend so I could spend this week arranging the plans for the event.

Very simply, they can deliver my parcel to my business.
