My complaint:
Failed to update tracking info after work days and now more than 2 weeks past delivery date. I want to complain to the company but their website just sends me round the houses. I have not had any deliveries this year without a problem and where possible avoid retailers using evri. I complain to retailers and hope if enough people do they may switch company. Absolutely useless and a total waste of time trying to get help from them.
Suggested solution:
Deliver my item or admit they can't within 7 days. Have a direct complaints form on website - though I expect they dare not.
