My complaint:
I contacted Evri, about a ‘delivered’ lost parcel.
I showed a photo of a parcel at my neghbours (of 20years) door, when I showed them the photo form Evri, they told me it was their parcel.
I contacted Evri immediately.
They sent automated reply on 8/10….
Thank you for contacting us regarding parcel reference H00JHA0295629335 which you had not received.
I replied to this original message on the 14th Sept.
I have have no response / acknowledgement.
This is still unresolved. Still no communication from them.
Suggested solution:
Refund the cost of the lost order, inc delivery cost.
