My complaint:
I ordered a parcel which I paid £6.oo for 1-2 day delivery not delivered phoned Evri on third day to be told parcel out for delivery automated of coarse if no parcel call back at 4pm. Guess what I was trying to do at 4pm. Talk to someone at Evri no chance. automated message yet again. so I spent my whole rest day from work waiting in what a joke.
Suggested solution:
talk to me even better get parcel to me. as how I would rate my experience with Evri can you take that 1 star away please
