My complaint:

I sent a lampshade to a customer and thought I would try the Evri service. The lampshade arrived both damaged… and wet!!! I have tried to contact Evri but it’s impossible. There chat and telephone lines just put me in a loop without the option to claim compensation.

A shocking service.

Suggested solution:

They should compensate me for the unusable lampshade.
