My complaint:
The delivery man from Evri delivered a package to my home address. The package was to the wrong address but he took a photo of my wife holding the package. Thus photo was then sent to whoever ordered the goods as proof of delivery.
Your company has no right to take photographs of my wife. It has caused great distress.
Suggested solution:
I want a full apology and an undertaking that photos of my wife or of any other person will not be used as proof of delivery by your company.
