My complaint:
Evri is a failing company – it failed at conception and has been supported ever since by consecutive Governments who should have investigated the company years ago.
With the advance in technology, Evri are now able to hide behind a screen of AI and Chat-Bots in order to ‘dodge’, ‘divert’ and delay any form of responsibility.
A critical delivery that I have been waiting for is now days late . . . all I get from Evri, are automated responses telling me to get in touch with the sender in order to get a refund and/or re-order the item. The item was an auto part needed for my car. As a result, I am down over £100 and have had to use alternative transport. This cost does not include wasted time, stress, frustration and inconvenience.
It would appear that Evri are incapable of moving a package from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ without managing to lose it somewhere in between . . . despite the use of GPS, Automated Tracking, Advanced AI and Chat-Bots.
Meanwhile the Evri human entities are not able to take any responsibility or provide compensation for something that is empirically their fault.
I’m sure EVRI is an acronym for Everything Vanishes Retards Idiots.
